CaN
#1 - I find beauty in who I am.
I
do not look at myself in the mirror and compare myself
to another or find myself ugly. I love myself and
how I look in the mirror, because it is me.
If
I am a man, I give up the need to be bigger than I
am. If I am a woman, I give up the need to be thinner
or bigger or however! I love myself as I am.
CaN
#2 - I love myself for who I am.
There
is no mistake in being who I am. I am free to be who
I am. I will stop putting myself down and cutting
myself down all the time, as if I have made a mistake.
I forgive and accept myself for all the errors I feel
I have made so that I can be free to know that I am
good. And in this way, I stop worrying what I look
like to others.
CaN
#3 - I allow myself to enjoy sex, fully and completely.
I
allow my sexual energy to flow. I release any judgment
of the expression of my sexual nature.
He
says: "I do it for her pleasure. This is how
I find the pleasure and joy."
She says: "I allow myself to receive the pleasure
of the act. I give up the guilt of receiving."
(This is balanced with CaN #4.)
CaN
#4 - It is not all about sex.
I
can love others deeply and intimately without that
needing to be about sex. I simply release the part
of me that constantly needs sex. I understand this
desire can come from the judgment of the act as being
something bad/wrong. I release the judgment, let go
of the guilt, and find the balance.
CaN
#5 - I give up looking at people as sex objects.
I
see people as people. I do not avoid looking at anyone.
I am able to look right at all people and simply see
the beauty inherent in each person, because I have
given up seeing people as sex objects.
